Membership questions
We believe in total flexibility. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Log in to your account, click on “My Account,” then “Subscriptions,” then “View,” and finally “Cancel.” Access continues until the end of your billing cycle.
Please note that OTS does not offer refunds for membership fees once a subscription has been processed. We recommend starting with a Monthly Membership if you want to test the service.
You can buy any property sold for taxes by a municipality without a paid account.

For our Members Only listings, we don’t have an agreement established with the Municipality; however, for the advantage of our OTS members, we do provide FormsPaks and Title Searches. For any additional information about the property you will have to contact the Municipalities.
