Privacy policy
We collect information from members and purchasers only to verify credit card payments and to send emails related to your orders, updates, and subscriptions. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to any third party.
Delivery policy
Title Search Summaries are delivered by email, usually the first business day after your order. Title Search Updates ordered by the day before a sale are delivered by noon on the sale day. InfoPaks are delivered instantly by email: members receive access immediately, non-members once payment is approved. If you do not see your email, check your junk folder.
Refund and cancellation
Title searches: a full refund if you cancel before we begin, or if a sale is cancelled or postponed before we complete the search. Completed searches are non-refundable. InfoPaks: all sales are final. Membership fees: non-refundable, but you can cancel a monthly plan at any time and billing stops immediately.
Guarantee
We guarantee that Title Search Summaries and Updates accurately reflect the records available through the Ontario Land Registry Offices, the Teraview system, and the writs of execution database at the time the search is completed. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser of the product.
